My process will be designed to fit the needs and culture of the organization and could include:

Assessment

  • Initial meeting with staff and board leadership to identify challenges and opportunities
  • Document review: Board and committee minutes, audit, annual reports, etc.
  • Design and administration of a board assessment survey

Board Workshops

  • Initial meeting with staff and board leadership to identify challenges and opportunities
  • Document review: Board and committee minutes, audit, annual reports, etc.
  • Design and administration of a board assessment survey

Action Planning

  • Support for a board/staff leadership team in developing an action plan for the board

 Implementation

  • Coaching for the leadership team in implementing the action plan
  • Coaching for the Executive Director and/or the Board Chair on their roles in leading change
