Executive Coaching

For many Executive Directors, the work of managing the Board of Directors is a role for which they have not been fully prepared.  This is especially true for Executive Directors for whom this is their first top management position or who are succeeding a founder or a long term leader.

My coaching strategy combines my experience with nonprofit organizations and their boards with coaching strategies that focus on the Executive Director’s unique skills, styles, challenges and personal leadership goals. While always respecting the need for the Executive Director to develop his or her own solutions, I will also suggest solutions based on my experience.

I have helped Nonprofit Executive Directors to:
